Hours To Suit

Ensure your users get support when they need it most. Innobate’s standard Call Centre availability is from 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday. Our staff coverage is flexible and we resource our Call Centre throughout the day to match the peaks and troughs of your business function. Call Centre hours can be reduced or extended to include full 24x7 support or just a 24x7 callout service.

Flexible Staffing Levels

An organisations support needs change through the different phases of its life. Innobate has a flexible Call Centre model that allows us to add and remove generalist or specialist staff when you need it; whether the change is due to a project, an upgrade, business growth or just backfilling your own support staff. We are also able to increase the support resource in small stages, we can provide resources to suit.
